    Race Distances

    Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K every day.

    Start Time

    7:15am for all 8 days.

    Time Limit

    No runner left behind. Walkers are welcome! Early start option is self supported until official start.It is recommended to take early start option if you are walking longer than 7 hours race.

    About This Event

    Texas Parks Series is 8 days of annual event where marathons and Half Marathons, 10Ks and 5Ks are ran on beautiful Parks where you could run / walk and enjoy peaceful and friendly races 8 days in a row. You may choose to run 1 or 8 days or any combination of races.

    Total Distance

    Total Travel Distance for 8 parks approximately 500 miles, all parks are less than 200 miles from San Antonio.

    Aid Stations

    There will be one aid station with water, sport drink, food and snacks at start / finish area every 1-2 miles. Portacans available at start area.All parks have bathroom with running water close to start and finish area. Early start option is self supported until official start.

    T-Shirt / Finisher Medal

    Each participant will receive a custom shirt, different design finisher medal for each day and official time. Ultra finishers will get extra Ultra Finisher medal. 5 days challenge finishers will get extra challenge medal!

    Registration

    No race day registration. Registration is currently set to close at 100 participants for the all events per day. On line registration will close 24 hours before each race day.

    Packet Pickup

    6:45am each day at the start line.

    Finishing results will be available on official website.

    John Pundt Park Spring Day 4 and 5

      John Pundt Park is a This 380-acre park features a dog park, primitive canoe launch, playground, picnic loop with ten tables and two pavilions, bicycle racks, rest rooms, separate equestrian and multiuse trails, and two lakes* that are perfect for fishing. Future improvements will include a large pavilion and an office. Pundt Park is part of the Spring Creek Greenway, and has a nearly 10-mile trail that connects the park with Stahl Preserve and Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center.

      Government Canyon State Natural Area has more than 40 miles of hiking and biking trails that range from remote rugged canyon lands to gently rolling grasslands. Natural Area visitors may enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including, picnicking, hiking, biking, trail running, geocaching, regularly scheduled guided hikes, and ranger programs. Government Canyon is a good place to find the elusive and endangered golden-cheeked warbler.
